" ... YOGA ... "

YOGA for anyone of any age, experienced or not, 'at home' on holiday… You will be lead through a series of positions based on your needs and abilities. Just one hour of yoga will fill you with energy and a sense of well-being.

1. Yoga can be done pretty much anywhere where there is peace and calm . Give it a try barefoot in the open countryside, at sunrise or at sunset, accompanied by birdsong and the crickets. The fresh morning air will give you wonderful energy. The evening light will help you relax and wind down.

2. We will bring a yogi breakfast of fruit, yoghurt from the local farm and home made muffins for the early birds to feast on when the sun is up and yoga is done.

3. For later risers and whoever wants to wind down at the end of the day….yoga at sunset followed by an aperitivo and healty 'nibbles' in the evening light.

Individual or small groups. Children too!

The Tuscan hills are at your disposition! No machines or equipment necessary!

Stretching for whoever would like a gentle approach. A series of simple, but effective exercises that elongate the muscles and help to put everything in place.

For the keen and energetic, an early morning or evening run up hills and down vales. The beauty of the countryside is fantastic inspiration.

Bicycles? You choose how many miles or put yourselves in our hands!
